Authorization
Have the Microsoft Global Admin for your organization click the link below and follow the instructions:
Note: Clicking the link above will navigate you to the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal and prompt you to accept the reseller partnership.
After authorizing Opkalla as a reseller, an Opkalla Team Member will send a customer-specific Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) link in order to identify licensing structure, optimize licensing, identify key renewal dates, and provide ongoing support.
Step 2
Provisioning
Opkalla will assist with any changes from your existing license provider.
If your licenses were purchased from Microsoft directly:
If your licenses were purchased from another Microsoft Reseller (i.e. CDW, SHI, etc.):
Once your licenses are provisioned through Opkalla, you will receive an automated email notifying you about your license provisioning. Opkalla will then onboard you to use our Microsoft Portal.
This will include the option to participate in one-on-one live onboarding, or you can follow the portal training steps listed here: Portal Demo: Microsoft 365 for Business.
Step 3
Making Changes
Once Opkalla is your Microsoft Partner of Record, there are two convenient methods for making changes to your licensing (you can also choose a combination of both):
